Feed, Supplies, and Equipment
Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be in original packaging.
- Items must not show signs of use.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and biosecurity reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened feed
- Supplements
- Dust Bath Products
- Bedding
- Any product exposed to livestock
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
